If you place your order before 15:00 (CET), it will be handed over to the shipping company the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the next business day.

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of €10.00 for all supported countries.

Currently, we ship to the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

For customers in Belgium, we ship with Bpost. For all other countries, we use DHL for reliable and fast delivery.

We aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently using trusted shipping partners. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other external factors.

• Within Belgium (via Bpost): Delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• To France, Germany, Luxembourg & the Netherlands (via DHL): Delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

No, we do not offer cash on delivery at this moment. All payments must be completed online during checkout.

Yes, all items listed on our website are currently in stock and ready to ship. In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately.

Yes! If a product is out of stock, you’ll see an option to enter your email address to receive a notification once it’s available again.

At the moment, we do not offer pre-orders. However, we’re working on making this feature available in the near future.

We recommend checking our Size Chart page, which provides international size conversions and foot length measurements in centimeters. For the best fit, measure your foot from heel to toe and compare it with our chart.

Place your heel against a wall and measure the distance to the tip of your longest toe. Make sure to measure both feet and use the longer measurement. You can find a simple guide with illustration on our Size Chart page.

We check and measure all incoming stock for sizing accuracy. If a product does not match the standard size as shown in our size chart, we relabel it accordingly. This way, you always receive the correct size, regardless of brand variation.
